- Redirecting 3.5% of your income tax to an organization is your choice and you cannot be forced to do so in favor of one organization or another;
- Redirecting 3.5% of your income tax does not not cost anything, it is the responsibility of the state to transfer 3.5% of the tax already paid by you to an organization of your choosing.

The completed form can be submitted directly to the registry of the fiscal body, by mail, by registered letter, with confirmation of receipt, or by electronic means of remote transmission, according to the law. The forms can be submitted online, through the ANAF service “Virtual private space” available at: https://www.anaf.ro/InregPersFizicePublic/
